COLEACP activity is financed by cooperation programmes. The European Union and the ACP Group of States continue to be the COLEACP’s two main financial partners, whereas COLEACP since 2016 has been opening up to other financial partnerships (WTO, AFD, …). Financial partnerships may therefore differ from one country to another.

For both programmes, on a demand-driven basis, horticultural stakeholders are supported to meet market requirements and improve their overall sustainability performance: support includes food safety and environmental management, social compliance and overall business management.
